Order Processing Time and Dispatching
Orders placed before 10:00 CET on a business day will be dispatched and shipped on the same day. Any orders placed after 10:00 CET are not guaranteed to be shipped on the same day and will in that case be shipped the following business day.
Please note that due to the combination of Christmas and the COVID-19 pandemic, freight companies are processing parcels on a slower rate than usual. Please keep in mind that shipping right now could experience some delays. We thank you for your patience!
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your order, shipment confirmation and tracking number. Once your order is on its way, simply click on your tracking link in this email and enter the tracking number to view the up to date tracking.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is only available in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary. When paying with Cash on Delivery, you must pay in your local currency, the courier will convert the order total to your currency.
Please contact our Customer Service Team through our contact form to arrange a return and receive more information about the return process. Please provide the order number when arranging a return.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, apparel items can only be returned if the product has not been worn or used and must be undamaged and in its original condition due to sanitary reasons. Non-apparel items can only be returned if the product is undamaged.
Please make sure the products are packed properly and cannot be damaged on the way, the products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to not refund you. Please do not return your product back to the manufacturer.
When you make a return, please include in your parcel the receipt, invoice or packing slip from your order.

Some products are subjected to warranties, information about the products warranty can be found in the description for each product respectively. Warranties for products will only cover original manufacturing defects and does not cover regular wear and tear. Warranty does not extend to products with a serial number or date stamp that has been altered, obliterated or removed.
